Looking at my mood board after the project.

This was the mood board I had created at the start of the production and I wanted to use neutral colours and then have a feature colour that was bold either using red or yellow. I wanted to use the neutral colours as it looks more modern and mature but then when I go to designing I decided I would use the red colour throughout made page making it look less mature. I also wanted to use grey and black to tone the red down whichI did do.

The font I used wasn't one I put on my mood board but its the most similar to first one as its bold, however the front I ended up using was tall, thin and bold unlike the one shown.

On my mood board I also had two layout designs one for the contents page and another for a single page. I didn't use any ideas from the contents page as I didn't create that many pages to be listed but I did like the design and would use that for inspiration if I was creating a magazine with more pages. The second layout image I put on the board was because I liked the use of the bold colours and the shapes they used. In my end product I did use my colours like this with red and grey and I though the back was too dark and bold, I also used squares to write my text in.
