Week 10

This week I started by continuing and finishing my Vamps article. Once I had finished writing it up I copied it onto my magazine. I then added more pictures to the page and I also added a video that I had taken and edited slightly to my magazine, by uploading it to youtube and using a youtube button on my magazine so when it had been clicked it will open a video.

I then did my small interview with Ellie over voice message and then screen recorded it. You can hear some background noise in the video clip but i am going to use a transcript for this so it would be easier to pick things that i would want to write. We attempted to the interview over FaceTime but the screen recording wouldn't record any of the audio. I then did a transcript in the google drive.

Once i had done this i started to write up my article for my Shawn Mendes spread. When I had written it up i had realised that i had written too much so the first thing i did was copy and paste the text that could fit on the spread onto it. Once i had done this i realised that the writing that wouldn't fit is all about the VIP experience. This article was on the cover and was a main sorry so I decided that i would have to create another page for it. After i put all the text in i added a picture of Shawn on it, (process in blog & image source on production page) i then used some research and used that in my magazine but moulding my text around this image i had cut out.

After i had done this i went through all of my pages and mad the text layout more like a magazine, as best as i could, using columns
